You can delete your Roamless account permanently from within the Roamless mobile app (found on the iOS App Store and Google Play) by:

1) Logging into the app with your username and password
2) Navigating to Profile and clicking on "Delete Account" and confirming that you want to permanently delete your account

If you can't access the mobile app for any reason and need your user account deleted, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the same email address you have used for Roamless signup.

Please note: When you delete your account, your existing account balance will also be deleted. This action is permanent and irreversible.
