RoamlessFix and RoamlessFlex use a Single Global eSIM, meaning you don’t need to install a new eSIM for each country. Once installed, it works seamlessly across multiple destinations.
How does my data plan activate?
RoamlessFix starts when you connect to a network in your plan’s country and stays valid for 30 days. RoamlessFlex starts automatically when you connect to a network in any different country.
What happens when my RoamlessFix expires?
When FIX expires, the system will automatically switch to using the FLEX balance.
How can I make calls with Roamless?
You can make in-app calls using only FLEX balance. An eSIM is not required for making calls, but a Wi-Fi or cellular connection is necessary.
Can I use my RoamlessFix data plans for calls?
No, FIX data cannot be used to make in-app calls. Calls are only available through FLEX balance.
How are call costs calculated?
Call costs are calculated based on the called operator's rate per minute, not based on your location.
